Engineering Department

Engineering and design are a major part of what makes us able to offer flexible services and smart solutions. We have a full team of engineers and CAD drafters that are able to offer solutions and ideas that meet the needs of any type of project, large or small. Our primary focus is in the world of design-build, where we aim to design creative and cost-effective solutions for our customers.

We also utilize our engineering department on plan and specification jobs – we work hand-in-hand with the engineer of record to ensure that we’re meeting their requirements for the project, while also doing our best to offer cost-saving alternatives and ideas, if applicable.

Our engineering team utilizes a wide range of software to meet the design needs of our customers.

• Perform load calculations and payback analyses using Trane Trace 700 to determine the correct system type and design that fits our customer’s needs.
• 2D and 3D drawing programs through the Autodesk platform to meet the project’s level of design standard.
• BIM programs through the Autodesk platform to facilitate coordination between architectural and other MEP elements on a project.
